We have our own quality control team who are working permanently in

panning, freezing, packing, storage and finally shipment procedures.
It help us to detect any problem of maintaining quality of products
until it obtain our customer's requirement to present them the quality

4.
Pre-shipment inspection and shipment supervision :
Finally, we conduct pre-shipment inspection on each and every
consignment at random sampling basis and make inspection report
which we forward to our customer for approval of shipment. So that
our customers are confirmed what kind of product they are
getting before shipment. Then, we take necessary steps to ship the
consignment and load the cargo under our supervision and ensure
that packing is in good condition, temperature of cargo is accurate
for shipment and temperature of the container is at desired level
for transportation to destination. Finally, we send shipment details
of all the consignment immediately after shipment, with indication
of size, total assortment, container no, seal no, vessel name, B/L
number, ETD/Loading port, ETA/Destination, name & address of
the shipping line at Destination.
5. Reporting System :
We have a very sophisticated reporting system to our customers
specially as follows:
a. Weekly
harvesting report of seafood :
We confirm our customer how many quantities of seafood harvested
every week in our sourcing area so that our customer knows how to
purchase from here.
b.
Shipping Report :
We confirm our customer every 15 days, the shipping reports
confirming Brand-name, buyers, species, quantities, shipment dates
etc. So that our customers can make their purchasing and selling
plan properly.
c. Market
Information :
We confirm our every day's market information, buyer's-seller's
activities, buying-selling prices, international market report etc.
So that our customer can take proper decision of purchase and sales
of their products. |
